That was my plan, but the cz rail/rings have a recoil lug built in, only fits one way.

I'd find a third rifle with a completely different set of rings, etc and see if I could duplicate their findings. Then, as already posted, I'd run over it.

This was always their response when I sent all but one scope in.
Same rifle. Same rings and base. Different scope (either same model or different vendor). No issues.
Yet it is the rifle. This is why I am done with Vortex except for their Razor line.

Break the junky sob, send it back, get a new one, and sell it NIB. Remember the lesson.

Finally got to shoot the rifle again yesterday.
Before sending it in, it would not adjust downward enough to zero. I sent it in to vortex they completely disassembled and inspected it and said there was no issues, said it actually had more adjustment available than advertised. Put it back together and tested it on their rifle and said it zeroed fine. I got it back remounted it in the same rings on the same gun shot it and it zeroed in 3 shots.
I checked the serial number, it is my same scope. I do not know if there was something they changed when they disassembled and reassembled etc. or what, but it works now!

I pulled the starter off a 73 Blazer that we thought was bad after exhausting just about all trouble-shooting on it. Took it to town, they benched it, spun it and handed it back. I reinstalled it and never had another problem with it. I suspect when they rebuilt your scope that they corrected a misaligned reticle but you'll never hear it from them.

That brings back bad memories. I pulled the alternator off my dad's old Duramax 2 times and it tested fine and put it back on. The 3rd time it failed the test, we replaced it and never had a problem with it again.
