Made a sheet pan shrimp boil tonight turned out really good. Wasn’t as good as a real shrimp boil but took like 20 minutes though.

Large shrimp
Sausage
Corn on the cob
Baby potatoes
Butter
Garlic
Lemon
Old bay seasoning
Parsley

Great presentation.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

Yep preboil the potatoes and corn to soften them up then cook it all in oven at 400 for 15 minutes until shrimp is opaque.

Looks like im gonna have to give this a go!

Looks like you cooked the shrimp shell on, did you peel or eat the shell? Have done both with grilled shrimp and its good either way just curious.

Thanks guys, going to make some shrimp tacos with sausage and corn for lunch with the left overs.

Red I cooked with shell on and I get the shrimp that has already been split and devained, very easy to peel after it’s cooked but my brother in law ate it shell and all last night. So either way will work.

Not the same meaning the flavor of the seasonings wasn't as good since it didn't get a full covered bath?

I mix the melted butter, seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl and then toss the shrimp and sausage first then the corn and potatoes second. The shrimp and sausage takes most the seasoning and it just sits insides the shell and on the sausage cooking in during the oven time. So it does have a really good flavor, but something about it is just different than when I've done shrimp boils.

Not sweating, drinking ice cold beers, listening to the sounds of clean burning fuel with a nice hum, etc....
