Just a heads up had a kid with a vape watch. Parents were shocked that he has been vaping fot almost a year. If you haven’t heard yet vaping is bad.

Thought it was a way to quit smoking but now it seems worse.

Thank goodness we didn’t have vape pens back in the day. We stuck to cheap beer, no-name brand whiskey, & Camel cigarettes. Good thing because none of that is as bad, like vaping.

You keep hearing on the news...”oh my, it’s so bad...12 kids have been hospitalized due to vaping”. Are you kidding me. How many people DIE everyday from smoking? Thousands. All vaping is is a way to deliver the nicotine without all the tar and crap that makes your lungs turn black and causes lung cancer. More kids get hurt each day from falling off the crapper. There are several medications prescribe daily that are delivered by a mist that you inhale. I think Phillip Morris is just mad because it’s cutting into their profits something fierce.

yes Greg inhaling chemicals into your lungs constantly throughout the day surely cannot have any lifelong effects like the tar.

Im not doubting that at all, but that’s probably because they are vaping pot. Who knows who is making those oils or what’s in them. Are they regulated, or can anyone up in Colorado suddenly become an expert and start mixing up oils in a bath tub?

I don’t think it’s the vapor, but what’s in the vapor. I also think a lot of my relatives would still be here if they vaped nicotine instead of smoking lucky strike non filters all those years.

There's some bad stuff that hit the streets, likely in thc oil. Kids and adults have been vaping nicotine products for many years with no issues and now hundreds have been hospitalized in just a few weeks with several deaths. Somebody made a mistake in their clandestine lab.

Inhaling chemicals into your body all day can’t be good for you, I agree. But I don’t think vapor is near as bad as smoke.

And no, I don’t vape and sure don’t want my kids doing it.

I tried vaping when it first came out. I’d quit smoking cigarettes and thought it might be an alternative. I went dove hunting with my 70 year old dad. He said that’s the queerest thing He’d ever seen. He then continued with, “ Light up a Marlboro or quit cold turkey like I did you f...ing, p...y. I decided I could agree with him or kick his old arse after that comment. I decided to toss the vape and quit cold turkey. In truth I was thinking the same thing myself.

Some of it is now considered low class even when done in moderation.

Considering how many millions are vaping it is probably only a little worse than breathing the air in the metroplex.

It seems there's some type of competition to see who can blow the biggest cloud of smoke/vapor. They're modifying existing vaping apparatuses with larger coils and more power to see who can fill the room. It takes heat to make the vapor they're inhaling and to makes clouds that big I suspect that vapor gets pretty hot. I don't know if that's got anything to do with it.

This is exactly what’s going on. Almost every case has been linked back to thc or Cbd oil and the ones that haven’t I have a feeling the kids just don’t want to say they were vaping thc or Cbd oil. It’s the vitamin E acetate they mix with the flower to make the thc oil. It vaporizes under heat but when in the lungs it hardens again and turns into fatty tissue.

Yep, somebody in the Sinaloa, Los Zetas or Cartel De Gulfo has lost their job in a very horrible manner over this. It can't kill then end user or word gets out and business declines.
