Need some clones or seed?

I know a guy too. Actually I know a few guys that have moved to Colorado back when it first became legal some are still doing good with some if warehouse and some are back into construction.

This guy I work around says he has been contacted recently about growing hemp and cbd pot on his property. I don’t know how true but he has never led to think he is a liar.

Have a younger brother in Colorado that has a 2 acre field for hemp and is putting up a greenhouse to plant seeds. So this stuff has no thc to get you "high", they just harvest the oils from it for all these cbd products. We are very anti-drug, don't drink kinda guys but it is a business that is taking off. Very big businesses are getting into it and soon companies like Monsanto will take over the market. Funny thing is there is no proof that any of it works but people will buy it. I have been approached to help people prep their land for it here near San Antonio and the more I learn the more I realize it is just a plant and not drug involved business. I know there are big grocery chains looking into it right now.
I heard recently the Amish were complaining because guys were stealing their piles of hemp at night thinking it would get them high I guess.

I worked on a federal irrigation project in central nebraska back in the 80s, cornfields all around and in the cornfields they still had hemp growing from WWII.

lots of 20' plants mixed in with the corn. locals would read you the riot act and toss the key after they locked you up if you were caught with any.

those farmers are probably doin good now. lol

Until it's legal on a national level, it's not worth getting into. It's way past time to legalize it imo.

Have a friend and his wife that moved to Colorado years ago and got into cultivating weed on the ground flour.
Today they are multi millionaires many times over and just sold their operation about two weeks ago. I have no idea what they got for the business.
Neither one of them have ever smoked weed.

Not currently but very much interested in it. Need to hurry up with this legalization nonsense, but I have a feeling that Texas will be one of the last to hold out on it frown

But, but if they legalize dope the world suddenly becomes a veritable utopia because we all know illicit drug users never commit crimes. They're all harmless and just wanting to have good time.

I am in no way an advocate, but in my line of work I have to stay informed on the subject. I think the first harvests of commercial hemp in Texas will occur in 2021.

As of June 10, 2019 the bill was signed in to law to establish regulations for commercial hemp production through Texas Dept. of Agriculture. Now it is stuck at the federal level awaiting USDA's rules. Then, it is back to TDA to submit the hemp plan to the Gov and AG. Upon approval, licenses will be issued for growers and then planting begins.

Approval will occur just ahead of the 2020 elections so that Republicans to say, 'Hey! Look what we did! We legalized weed! Vote for us!' Thus maintaining control and keeping our state red, hopefully.

lol, pot smokers arent out there committing major crimes for the most part. The only crimes they are committing is destroying bags of Cheetos and cases of Mountain Dew. Are there upticks in crime in areas where pot has been legalized? The "War of Drugs" has been nothing but a failure. Filling prisons with non-violent offenders, wasting cops and tax payers time. I have a BiL that is in law enforcement in the Dallas area. They had a pot bust the other day, netted them a couple hundred pounds, I asked what all went into the bust, manpower, time, etc. It was staggering. What a huge waste of time a resources that could have been used to get rapist, thieves, and murders locked up.
