I bought these choice NY Strips at Costco yesterday for 7.49 lb. It was not a whole boneless strip because it did not have the steaks that have the Gluteus Medius muscle included and I have never seen them sold like this. Those steaks are the ones that are with a porterhouse steak which I personally do not like. I cooked the 2 steaks to the far right last night and they were great to only be choice. I actually prefer NY Strips over Ribeye`s , so I hit a home run. I cut theses steaks about an inch each so the cost was about 5.80 each. I wish I would have bought another one , but I did not know how good these were going to be until I sliced them. Bon Appétit

Good price. Would.

Costco has some good steaks even for choice. Those look like some good ones.

Nothing wrong with choice at all. It’s what I usually buy and those look great! Sometimes prime has a strong flavor that I don’t care for as much. I also like a strip over a ribeye even though the ribeye has more flavor...too much fat for me.

Those look good, wish we had a Costco near Longview. Out twin boys will be in town this weekend and we will observe their birthday a little bit early. Guess I will head to SAMS and see what they have.
