We ate this many time growing up and it was great. I doubt if I could come close to how good my mother made it, but I think I will give it a try this week. Do you like or dislike.

yep, grew up on this at least a couple times a month ... but I don't recall ever having bell peppers in it.

I doubt any I have ever had at home had any parmesan cheese. I can only rarely recall my mother ever using parmesan cheese for anything when growing up and my wife doesn't care much for it either.
