I can only remember a rare scotch that was 1 liter, otherwise nada, It was close to $600. I occasionally see half bottles 375 ml in some decent single malt Scotches.

Crown is a blended Canadian. When I drank bourbon, Blanton's was hard to beat. I keep Bulleit and Weller's around for guests.

Single Malt Scotch is where it's at, specifically Longrow. With a cigar, it's impossible to beat. up

Weller 12 is the best I’ve had/my favorite. Usual drinking is either George Dickel 12 or Wild Turkey 101.

1.75 is the standard stereotype bulk/basic/bottom shelf bourbon. Probably why Weller Antique has switched to a .75. But Weller 12 is still available in 1.75 and probably only a matter of time till it is .75 too.
I have found Eagle Rare in 1.75 (magnum), that is one tall bottle.

I don't drink it for the taste. I drink it because it makes me smarter and almost 8 feet tall.

I’ll take a good rye over bourbon any day of the week. Thankfully none of y’all have mentioned one of my favorite’s, too.. The last thing I want is for it to hit mainstream popularity and go AWOL from the local shelves. bang

My new favorite is Weller 12 year, but it's as hard to find as hen's teeth - at least around my area!

A lot of good ones listed here (and some nasty ones, too) but the best bang for the buck is Larceny. It makes quite a few top bourbon lists and it's available in half gallon bottles.
