 Pricing a "Deer Lease" Camper

I have a 2006 Gulfstream Cavalier 32' trailer. FEMA trailer nothing fancy but clean and no leaks. It's a park model so it requires water and septic, has no tanks. No title. It's been in my pasture for a year or so and my neighbor asked if I was looking to sell it. I see them for around $4-5k on used lots but wasn't sure how much the lack of title would drive that price down. 
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Does it have a license plate? How did it get to your pasture?

Does it have a license plate? How did it get to your pasture? Has an expired plate. I parked it in my pasture.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.
