Leadership knows exactly what they are doing, they have done it all over Europe, let the criminals run wild in order to suppress the rights of normal citizens. Create the problem, then fix the problem by removing the rights of the people. We see it here all the time in the "gun control debate". Criminals don't obey laws, so new laws will only target one group, law abiding citizens.

Yes, of course - you are right on the money. It is painfully obvious to anyone actually paying attention.
The top level is far from stupid and they think in terms of long term strategy.
Short of a complete meltdown and rebuild, we have already lost because they have been sewing their seeds for so long.
