This is being reported in multiple news sources, and the discussion also involved the start up of a new govt entity, HARPA, which would be under HHS but have its own director and staff. Similar to a pentagon version, DARPA (defense advanced research projects agency), HARPA would research and analyze data mined from all sorts of devices collecting our personal data (and conversations most likely) and figure out which of us is most likely to become violent.

These companies have been given tax advantages for years by the govt for the use of their data, and now it could come home to roost if this comes to pass.

You don’t have to have an account to be in their databases. All you need is to have shared your email, phone number or address with a friend, family member, colleague or business that has an account on one or more of these services.

So unless you are a hermit living in the backwoods with no other human contact your info is in their databases.

Your post is proof that you are not in that category. So, you can consider your info as in the list and being bought and sold to the highest bidders.
