Depends on what I’m making......
Fajitas - flour
Breakfast Burrito - flour
Enchiladas - corn
Tacos - either, depends on fillings
Tostadas- corn
Menudo- torn up flour
Nachos - corn

Both of yours look great!

I go with the depends also.

I like barbacoa mini tacos on corn very much. Breakfast tacos gotta be flour for me.

We have tacos for dinner usually every other week or so an I like HEB's mixla tortillas best for that, kind of a hybrid corn/flour.

Depends. Mostly flour.

We mostly use the flour, but it really depends on what we are having and what we have on hand.

I have been trending towards using more corn as of late.

Actually it was just two large eggs that I spread the yolk around the eggs in the pan then cut them into desired pieces to put on those small Corn Tortillas, just looks like a lot.

I prefer flour on everything, since I have a gluten allergy and can no longer have flour, corn it is LOL.

I use white corn tortillas on everything and eat them daily in place of any bread I used to be able to eat.

spray some cook spray on both sides and cook those in a hot skillet flipping to make sure they don't get too toasted. So much better now, I used to just toast them without spray and it took forever to get any color on them and they'd turn hard.

when eating out, I always answer that question with another question... homemade or not?

I prefer corn when home made or made from scratch at a restaurant.

store bought is always flour because those dry disk corn torts they sell just aren't built for tacos unless you fry em or toast them on a skillet.
