I've always fried or baked rabbit, but I did something a little different this time.... I put a good dry rub on it like I would use on chicken and let the rabbit sit in a ziplock bag for 4 days in the refrigerator... Then I pressure cooked it for 20 minutes in a instant pot... Best rabbit I've ever eaten.
