This post needs to be moved, its in the wrong place.
I wonder if a lease to hunt deer for another $12,000 will also be sold since this is Duck and Geese only, lol.
It's crazy what people pay for these days though.

waterfowl leases have always been considerably higher when backed into a per acre number, not as much of a set number for a said area as deer hunting. too many variables that can impact the quality of hunting. quality water to hunt over will always be high. there's some dry land corn leasing up to 20/acre now
