Has anyone bought through PSA before and what did you think of their guns? I'm looking at the Gen 3 - 6.5 CM?

I bought two of their blem lowers a while back. Nothing wrong with them as far as I could tell.

Me too - I really like my PSA. Bought one of their regular uppers and a blem lower and have no idea why it was marked that. I think it may just be an excuse to draw people in for a cheap price without seeming to be a cheap manufacturer. I've never had a single problem with my PSA AR - would buy again in a heartbeat.

Just picked up a gen 3 .308 - swapped the trigger out, put an ambi safety and a new charging handle. Also had to stick an accuwedge in it to minimize some slop between the upper and lower. Plan to put some rounds through it this weekend; interested to see how it performs for the price.

Occasionally you may need an extra TLC on their stuff in my experience, but for the money it's hard to beat them. I just got in a dissipator upper this week for instance, FN chrome lined CHF barrel, nice setup. But a KAC M5 RAS wouldn't fit on it without dealing with a screw they added to the hand guard retainer and once on, it wasn't indexed right so the barrel nut had to be readjusted. If I had just ran it the way I got it, all would have been fine but a M5 RAS just looks damn sexy on a Dissipator...

Keep an eye out on their specials and you can get some really good deals. You had better be ready to pounce immediately though because they go through stock like crazy.

Yep, good company with good products and prices. Not to mention, during the brief, “freedom week” in California, PSA was the first company to ship standard capacity (ie 30 RD) mags to CA. They also went outside and offered bottled water to the anti-gun protestors in front of their facility. That’s a class act in my book.

I have bought from them before and will continue to support them.
