Humer me while I try to explain this to you. I hunted somewhere once where a fellow hunter had a bucket you would put the dove breast in with water then it had something that looked like a strainer that you would spin around and it would remove all the feathers. I’m wanting to buy one but dont know where to find one. Any help would be much appreciated.

Patience is my feather remover. Sounds like a cool idea, could he do multiple at a time?

Looks like to me with the feather floating out over the top of the bucket it would make a bigger mess than plucking them in a Paper Grocery bag like many of us use.
Thanks, Billy

The DIY fish version for $10. Ours was similar except we had used 2 buckets, one to catch the overflow and recycle with a 12V RV pump. Not a clue where it is at, if my crew knows where it is I will post a pick. https://www.2coolfishing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1915498

Almost got one last year, then realized where we dove hunt there isn't access to running water.

Almost got one last year, then realized where we dove hunt there isn't access to running water. A 5 gallon bucket and a 1 gallon plastic paint bucket. Build it with a 1 gallon on the inside of the 5 gallon bucket. An RV pump tp recirculate the water from the 5 to the "sprayer" in the 1 gallon bucket. Years ago when I made ours, the RV pump was $12, the buckets were free, the PVC pipe and vinyl tubing probably about $2 or $3.

Just put the breasted meat in a 5 gallon bucket. Spray the dove meat in the buck. The feathers come off and float to the top. Reach in and take the meat from the bottom. Easy and cheap

Easy and cheap Half the fun of hunting is buying or creating the little gadgets to use in connection with the hunt. Spending a few hours making a water recycling bucket is part of the overall hunting experience. It is like a deer blind, those that buy one have missed out on building their own. Decades before the automatic feeders, us old guys either went without a feeder or had to come up with our own designs. To get there took an electronics class at Texas State Technical College to figure it out, but I had a ball and learned a lot of "useless" stuff.

Some people have weird ideas. LOL, have dove hunted one property for about 20 yrs now that has a "no breast" rule. The owner said zero waste, and that includes the little bitty wings & legs. If you decide to just breast out your birds you won't be invited back, have to pluck them all and keep whole. I grew up just breasting them out too, but his house his rules.

I can and have rubbed the feathers off of 12 breast and popped them off in one minute. I got rooked Ito a $5 one time. I finally sobered up and realized that I was being taken advantage of.
