It's finally that time of year in just a couple of days. Time to fill the air with lead, in hopes that a few doves will feel sorry for me and drop out of the air. Or even better decide to have a stroke from the sound of my gun going off and drop in front of me. I so enjoy dove hunting, just wish I was better at it! I really do try hard, but I suck with a capital "S"! roflmao I keep telling myself one year I'll figure this out and the doves will fear me! Instead they normally laugh as they go by.

I usually average 6 to 8 birds on a normal day out. Good luck everyone!


Distance is not an issue, but the wind can make it interesting!

It's all about getting out, enjoy yourself Jeff. I spent the day getting the ranch and cabins spiffed up for this weekend. I won't be hunting, will be working. But I really enjoy what I do.
