Some of yall know me, some don't. The ones that do remember old Bullet. 2 years ago this month he went to the big duck blind in the sky. That cut a hole in my soul. I was on the road training dogs and didn't even get to bury him. I still have my little black bitch Seeky but she cant hardly get off the porch she is so old. She certainty can't retrieve any longer. I have had it in my mind to get another but couldn't/wouldn't whatever. I knew I would know her when I met her. Well that happened. Ron Friedenburg Oakwood kennels brought a trailer load of dogs for snake avoidance. Rascal was one of them. She is a 4 year old that can run a masters test. She is 45 lbs soaking wet. We got into haggling, growling and negotiation. Fellas meet my new little bitch, Rascal.

I got another Fox Red pup @ 7 weeks (now 5 mos.). I'm 65 and holy chit I forgot how much work a puppy is!

Told the wife, next dog is going to be a 14 y.o. rescue that's as fat as me!

Wayne, I'm not sure I ever posted or not, but I'm sorry about your pups.

I tried looking at pups after losing Whipple but just could never do it.

We lost Paxton this May (15 ½ years old) after losing Whipple the previous May.

The house is now empty besides the little french bulldog which I think makes everyone sad.

I still don't know if I can or want to look at pups.

Anyways, blah blah blah...
