I've had a couple of friends say they want to do the bourbon trail, but it never comes to anything. I'd be there in a heartbeat, if someone would organize it. Just don't make me stay at that hotel by the airport/fairgrounds in Louisville...'can't remember the name of it; ancient, smelly old thing. Did they ever tear it down?

By "sponsor", do you mean "driver, chaperone, and bailer outer??

That means I'll sign on the dotted line, but some one else is drivin'... roflmao

I've sponsored myself...twice. I always thought the Bourbon Trail was a self-help guide.

Currently drinking this. It’s not bad. Kind of weak. Good flavor.

Tonight though has been a whirlwind of alcohol. Started with lunch beers, couple whiskey drinks at dinner, finishing 2nd bottle of wine. Mistakenly took a pull from a jar of pecan syrup thinking it was something else barf

I will have to poke my guy and see if he can get that one again. His house build has been clouding his thinking lately.

Anyone tried this yet? It falls in the Booker’s range of taste. It’s fairly hard to find, fortunately I work very close to the distillery. It’s quickly becoming one of my favorites. They also have a barrel proof that I really like.

It’s no allocated. One bar owner said he gets more Blantons than Mckenna 10.

I keep meaning to go by the distillery and check it out. Hope it’s good, a lot of local distilleries suck

I’m admittedly picky in my taste. Not to say it will match yours, but I know quality from junk, and this is not junk. I don’t know about their other offerings but the one pictured and the barrel proof are top notch.
