Have any of you that have done snake avoidance had a dog that still got snake bit? I’ve done skunk and rabbit avoidance in the field with great success. Shocked dogs smelling rattlers at the farm, they don’t want them.

A buddy had a pointer last year that got sprayed and still wanted the skunk. He turned the collar all the way up and the dog still wanted to shake that skunk with 100% juice around his neck with the button held down the whole time. He was mad.

It happens quite often.
