Got a camp stove so I would stop destroying my kitchen doing steaks in the skillet. You know how to select them. I always choose the one with the biggest eye. Funny thing, some people pick the one with the biggest cap.

Guess it depends on what you like. That cap tasted like butter it was so fatty but I’m all about the good cut off that.

That's my favorite part of the ribeye. I think it's better than the tenderloin.

That's my favorite part of the ribeye. I think it's better than the tenderloin. I do also and I love a good tenderloin!
