Do any of you guys & gal's intend to try one of these new meatless burgers? Whopper Burger is a fast food "bad for you hamburger". Times they are a changin'. Thoughts? confused2

Heck it might be better than what they already put out that they call a burger now.

I've never had an impossible burger, but if it can kind of resemble meat, I sure would eat a lot more salads. I would like a good plant based burger for some healthier eating options. The problem with the impossible burger is it isn't really healthier than a beef burger. I know so many people who won't eat this stuff because of some weird principals, like it makes them less of a person to eat vegetarian foods. It's not my kind of lifestyle, but the vegans/vegetarians I know have mastered the art if making good vegetables. I like trying out their food. It has really helped improve my cooking game over the years.

I doubt I will try it. Just because I hate Burger King. Maybe if I come across it somewhere else.

If the "meat" is the most expensive component of a hamburger, shouldn't a "plant" burger be cheaper? That why you'd want to do it I guess.

Just saying..... confused2

I think the last time I went to a Burger King was ......I forgot.......

Funny true story: Years ago when our Burger King tore down a perfectly good building and built another low volume Burger King a relative of mine was in the drive-in line. This brand new Burger King had this brand new clean trash can with this long spout looking thing sticking out. This trash can was just before the order board. There was this guy in line in front of him talking into the trash can spout giving his order......I guess for too long for my relative to put up with. Said relative honked the horn, opened his door, and told this idiot "You are talking to a trash can. Pull up!!!"
