Located in the Hills of East Texas 2 Hrs. South of DFW.

The land consist of varying terrain from Hardwood Canyons, Pine Plantations, and clear cuts. Most spots have large established food plots and protein feeders.

Have all inclusive tracts with RealBark Fiberglass stands and Feeders on site for groups needing stands and feeders.

Mowing is included twice a year.

Currently have 2-6 person tracts available on Organized leases available.

Organized camps with Electricity and primitive camping available. RV hookups are available nearby as well as Water.

Priority #1 is we are family friendly.

Pricing averages between $2,000-3,000 per gun.

We do have a few spots available for the 2018 Season and will be for the 2019 Season soon. \

You will have access to the land year round!
