One dollar per acre? Good luck with that.
Character is what you do when nobody's looking.

One dollar per acre? Good luck with that. I don't want to be the only person on it. I get how it works. If you have nothing positive to say, just stay out of it.

The world (and this site) are full of 'em - folks with minds so small they come on here to see what and who they can attack and try to feel better about themselves. Good luck in your search.

You can get on a year round lease with family and guests for that cost. But I would advise you to really stay on top of the ad posts yourself. The good to great places that have openings fill very quickly. The ones that call you more times than not are not the good to great leases. I wish you luck and you might reach out to james@mcohunts.com and inquire about openings that might be available.

There are leases closer than 3 hours from you at that price and size but need to know someone on it to get on. Good luck and talk to everyone you know.
