3200 acres of private land in NE New Mexico (Unit 58). 2 DIY hunters will have full access and exclusive access. Tags are over the counter. Hunters can bring camper, tents, or hotel it. I would rather hunters know each other. This is a rifle or bow opportunity. Dates would be Oct 19-23 or Oct 26-30. Hunters will be successful. Very rare opportunity and a 1 year deal only.

Price per hunter is $3,500. This would be a total of $7,000 for 2 hunters. If I needed too I could split up the spots, I can, but coordinating 2 people that don’t know each other is not ideal. Payment is due in full prior to access property. Please serious inquiries only.

Per the land owners request, no pictures. The topography is a mixture of mountains, fields, and draws. This is a very highly populated area for mule deer. Depending on skills and will I would say 160 average deer. If you want to work, then obviously the chances would increase for a larger deer.
