Looking for a day hunt around feed pens, stalls, grain silos, etc. I use .177 air rifles for this kind of hunting, very little noise and very accurate. If you miss it will not punch holes in corrugated steel or etc.
Very specifically looking for a target rich environment with fat, healthy grain fed vermin. Yes I eat these things and they are good! But no city pigeons please!
I will be hunting with my daughters, but they are not coming to shoot. They are not ready yet. I think this kind of hunting will help me get them there.
If you have a good spot, with a lot of fat pigeons, I'd gladly pay up to a $100/day trespass fee just to shoot your pigeons with my kids in tow.

FYI- the term “trespass fee” is insulting to many landowners
Anytime I see someone use that term, I automatically think they are a jerk. YMMV.

Anytime I see someone use that term, I automatically think they are a jerk. YMMV. That is good to know. FYI I learned that term on this very forum! I forget I am walking on eggshells posting in here in the first place. In the past in N.C. all I had to do was look up places where you can pick your own fruit and vegetables and call and ask. Whatever you want to call it, I have seen day hunts for doves in this forum offered for less with a nice meal. I am just trying to pop some pigeons and glad to pay and work for that privilege! Farm and feedstore pigeons are good to eat by the way, better than native doves imo. But people just don't know or care I guess. It's a pity because landowners could turn a nuisance into cold hard cash. Edit- I'd edit out "trespass fee" but too much time has past to edit the original post.
