8960 acre quail lease SW of Sweetwater in Nolan county. This is an all season lease with the exception of November 7 - 16. There will be guided bow hunts during that period. You can take an atv off road and you can bring a guest. There is a house on the place that can be used at an additional cost per night. Most of the cedars have been removed on the place leaving the lease fairly open. The cost per man is $3200.00. There will be 10 spots on the lease.
