When you purchase a type 2, do they send you a booklet to the land available?

Thanks! Trying to see if you can use corn on them. 99% don't allow baiting,definately not OSBWMA. Some of the corp of engineers properties allow baiting,Grainger,Whitney,etc but no TPWD managed areas as far as I know.
