Anyone else tried Huck's in Denison? Had their catfish yesterday and it was great! And I'm normally never a fish guy, but it was damn good!

yea, it's alright if you order it crispy. nothing compared to frying your own though.

I said "burn it", and lets go catch our own man!

I eat there quite often. I do get the filets crispy. I also like the garlic bacon coleslaw.

We really like Huck's. Food is consistent and always hot coming out of the kitchen food

When we lived at Texoma, off of Elk's Club Rd, Huck's was a must got to eat at kinda place. Started eating at Huck's waay before they moved to the current location. Back then they were on Hwy 289 near the Geogetown Rd intersection, and even the to go menu 'burgers were top drawer.

So, you found it. When I want fried catfish, there's no better place.

Have you found Cackle & Oink in Sherman yet? Try the ribs, world's best. Be sure to dip into the Sweet Willie bbq sauce and try the cabbage. You'll understand why.
Then, drive down the street and see Harber wildlife museum. Unbeleivable trophy rooms.

Ready for a burger? Also in Sherman, hit MG's. It's in a neighborhood across central. I like the mouth watering cadillac burger & onion rings.

Yes, me too! When my grand parents were alive, they lived in Sherman and we ate there all the time. I don't get up there as often I'd like any more.

Catfish Haven north of Whitesboro is very bit as good if not better than Huck's.
