I’ve read a lot of stupid comments on the THF, but this one may top them all. If you equate dogs with children I hope you never have any. Dogs are property. To equate them with children is absurd.

Is it wrong to love the dogs that find the most bird a little bit more? It takes year round love and dedication to have nice bird dogs and some culling. A wise man once told me it costs just as much to feed a good one as it does a great one. He didn’t keep any good ones.
