Looking for a group of 4 hunters to lease 827 prime acres in Archer County, just South of Archer City. Spots for campers with electricity is available. Electric bills will be the responsibility of the hunting party. This land has only been hunted by the rancher and his father and never been leased since they have owned it. This ranch has produced some great deer for the landowner. All hunting rights will be exclusive for the group and will be an annual lease. There are currently 4 feeders and 3 stands on the property for use at an additional cost to make it truly turn key. The landowner did not run trail cameras, but we do have some pics of past harvests. We are looking for a group of four management minded hunters; children and guests are allowed, but shoot off of the lessee’s allotted tags. We are looking for a group to take all four spots. The intent is to make a long-term arrangement of the right group of hunters looking to manage the land and have the opportunity to take some exceptional trophies.
