Thoughts on Age/Score?

4 possibly 5 year old, and likely in the mid 140's would be my guess.

Once he finishes out I agree on the size, and id say 4

my best guess..4-1/2..and I can't score them in velvet because they look so much bigger to me.

5 and low to mid 140s, nice buck.

5+ high 30s to low 40s

40% - 4
50% - 5
10% - Other

Tine length will keep him down. 140ish. Great looking buck, post the pics when you get him!

Upper 130's and mature, 5 or older from those pics. He might get into the low 140's if he keeps growing.

Heres another at the same location. Not worried about scoring him but I've got him pinned as a 3 year old, what do y'all think? Great potential next couple years if he blows up. Denton County is underrated..

I would call that one 3 from those pics....maybe an outside chance of 4 at the oldest.

Been hunting around Denton county for many years. First one looks around 5 and score 140 if fills out. Second one is 4 and may hit 130.

Main indicator on first one is his gut starting to sag. Second one almost looks like 3, but can tell he is older by how long he is from eye to end of nose.

Just so hot in the area and deer don't eat as much with those hot temps. If that first buck scored 130's and second one score 120's, it would not surprise me.

I'll let yall know what he scores when I let an arrow fly through him

There is no way that the one you took is the same one in velvet. Width and points don't even come close. Glad you think everyone out here are a bunch of morons. Told y'all I'd do a followup. Pfftt. The velvet at best was 3 and a 120. Not the one your in your trophy pic.

He's got two different velvet ones, could be that wider first one not the second one, agree to that. Think both velvet ones are considerably north of 120 and probably 4+ each on age too.

What in the world are you talking about? Clear as day is the same buck from the first set of pictures. Exact same brows, tines, rack, beams, even has the broken g2 tip on right beam that was damaged from the velvet pics that came off when he shed his velvet. The brows alone on the straight on trail cam picture should be dead giveaway. Go troll someone else's post, sir. Heres several more trail cams of him for comparison to the one of me holding him. As you see, same deer from the original pictures of the post. Come on...

I know I am late to the party here... (what'd I miss? lol) but that deer is 5+ and I would not be shocked if he is 6+.
