Question...

Our female GSP just turned a year old in April. May she came into season for the first time....when she was in season, as expected, her nipples became much more prominent. Now 2-3 months after she completed her cycle, she still has one nipple that is significantly larger than the others? No discharge, no pain, no redness, no palpable mass, just 4-5 times as large as the others. Some days not as prominent as others. She wasn't bred and had no contact with any male dogs while she was in season. Doesn't appear to be bothering her at all...my wife, yes! She is concerned about it.

Any thoughts or advice?

Thank you in advance...

TC

you have a great vet there in Van Alstyne. Henry Bing. He is my wifes uncle. Just go let him check it out.

I'm a vet. Probably nothing to worry about, but I'd have it looked at just in case.
