Did you ever find the big boar ? Good to have high capacity mags when you unknowingly venture into an area with hogs you couldn’t see before entering, nice vid

That big hog is still out there, pretty sure he is dead or will be shortly. I have pics of him and have been w/in 15' of him twice...he is smart!

I have part of a pasture that looks just about like that right now. Hadn't really thought about wading through it and 'jump shooting' pigs, but IF I do....I will take my shotgun...with 00 buck. Or maybe Dixie Tri-Balls for a big hog.

Went out to the lease last friday and the grass is real high presently, almost to the top of a deers shoulder. Very briefly saw parts of hogs and got no good shot. Put bait piles out in the open areas but never got timing just right and it was one hot SOB out there!
