Any issues with unwanted traffic coming across the River?

$195,000 a year for a deer lease,,could a person ..or 10 finance and own a property and make payments???

$195,000 a year for a deer lease,,could a person ..or 10 finance and own a property and make payments??? This is below price per acre on most similar hunting leases in the area, sir. First class living areas. A well managed deer herd. Blinds and feeders already in place.

We can also drop to 10,000 acres at $15 an acre. Everything still included (except a couple of blinds).
