I didn't want to hunt a stinkin gator or pronghorn anyway (that's what I'm telling myself but I'm not buying the argument).

Well I didn't draw a pronghorn, but I did draw an alligator tag at JD Murphree. This will be my first actual alligator hunt so I'm pretty excited. Only thing is i wish i had a smaller boat to get back off in there. My 19' Tracker is gonna have to work lol. Not exactly ideal just gonna have to stay in a little deeper areas. Dont believe I will be taking it over no levees.

I finally gave up on the Rita and booked a Pronghorn hunt with Jeremy this year.

I did put in for mule deer, but I probably won't draw that until I can no longer crawl in a tent.

The results are in! Iím guessing another donation. I would love for it not to be. Dang our great state and our land value. It makes for poor public, state, blm, wilderness area. I wouldnít change it.

One day it wonít be, and I canít wait! I hunt Texas, Kansas, Colorado, and next year Wyoming. And I would rather hunt one of these draw hunts.

The ones in two more weeks are when things start to get serious. Archery deer and mule deer, and exotics. I would love to be able to get back down to Palo Duro for aoudad.

I should have 20 at the close of pronghorn this year and I will donate again next year.

All the second drawings have been done for the Aug 1 deadline. Good luck!
