For the first time in my adult life my Ryobi weed trimmer is starting on just one pull. I poured a bottle of 50:1 oil in my gas can and headed to the HEB gas pumps. The bottle instructed me to use one gallon of gas. I clicked onto the 93 octane button and started the gas into my two gallon can. Oops. I got distracted by the hot housewife at the pump across from me. I looked up and had pumped 1.26 gallon before shutting it off. Think I should add more oil? Is it 1.26 gallon or gallons?

I went cordless and never looked back. I have an edger, a hedge trimmer, and a blower for the Ryobi. Will they work on the cordless?

Sounds fishy. One pull start AFTER a few choked pulls?
I'd believe the one pull start if it had been ran recently, but not after an extended sit.

That little 2-stroke is eventually gonna give you problems if you keep using regular gas in it,regardless of octane rating. Ethanol really does a number on those little engines.Best to use either ethanol free gas,or add a gas stabilizer to it,Stabil,etc.
