I’m wanting to hunt Texas this year. Who are some of the best free range Texas Whitetail Outfitters? Thanks!

Forgot about Simons. He's been doing it a long time.

There are some outfitters and great low-fenced ranches in northwest Texas, too. Just don't know anything about them, other than the Waggoner and Nail.

Besides the ones listed, King Ranch would be high on the list if you are willing to spend the money. Waggoner would be up there also. Killam Ranches and San Pedro Ranch would be a couple of other choices in South Texas.

Is it a size thing or experience? Personally I’d forget biggest of the biggest and concentrate on experience and hunt STX like the king AND also the wide open big glassing country of the west tx with high west outfitters AND the high plains with top on texas.

Or even a historic ranch hunts King, Waggnor, Longfellow(these three ranches are ecologically very different, as in almost like three states)
