I was surprised to see some new "guesst" on the game cameras. And these folks are coming in during the daylight hours. Looks like the new .44 Rem Mag lever action is going to be getting some action real soon!

I thought the panels were supposed to keep 'em out.

I don't think "guests" means what you think it means. roflmao

Lalo, the "guests" are inside one of my traps. The panels will keep them in when I close the gate on them, and then begin the elimination process.

Yep, like a larger version of a 'Roach Motel' (Roaches check in ......but they don't check out).

Keep after 'em.

der Teufel, per your request:

This was three that fell victim to the new 44 Rem Mags. I spread the heat around and took one with the Taurus Raging Bull, and two with the Rossi Model 92. One shot with the 44 Mag, at very close range, from either firearm, took them down without so much as a departing squeal. Not surprising, of course, since Clint Eastwood took down a few 2 legged pigs with his 44 Mag. More to follow, I assure you.

Two more guests this morning and they're now camped out at the boneyard after an unfortunate encounter with a 240 grain, .44 Mag boolit. I'm predicting that they are now trap-wise and not make any more appearances for a few weeks; plus, I've killed about half of the sounder I was seeing on the game cams.

Shooting pigs with a lever gun is way up there in terms of fun

44 mag from rifle length barrel is just about tailor made for pigs. My brother has a lever gun in .45 Long Colt that we reload for (pretty stout loads) and it kills pigs in the same manner you describe.

Good job Sir.
