I would call him a 3 year old with lots of upside potential if he makes it to 5+.

Do y'all shoot 4yr olds on your lease? Because he is either 3 or 4, imo.

Try to post the whole pictures if you can. You have any more pictures of him. Middle aged would be my guess. 3-4 is from those pics.

No we do want to shoot him if hes only 4. And obviously not 3. I just know this time of year its tough to age em but hes the biggest buck weve ever had on camera so naturally theres part of all of us who wants to shoot him BUT we have neighbors that dont hunt much so we know if we pass he would probly make it to next year and be something truly special

Hard pictures to age from, but most likely 3 or 4.

Re-post this photo without cropping showing the whole deer.

Unless that deer is from Ethiopia, That deer is very young. I have a hard time seeing it 3 years old. Great Genetics for a young deer so let him walk.

That picture makes him look young. Post a better one with his head up of his body when you get one.

Grimes county can have pretty good sized deer depending on the area. I’m thinking he might only be 2

Anything is possible I suppose, but unlikely he'd have the relative antler mass as a two year old....unless he has access to supplemental feed year 'round.

OP states its the biggest deer they've had on camera, so not typical for that property at any age.
