This morning I loaded my hounds and left Menard about 5:30 AM to let them stretch and see if they can find a critter. About the time I got to the ranch, 12 miles south of town, it was 53 degrees on my pickup which is usually very accurate. Dog and I loved it.
Not so sure about this global warming thing....

It was cooler at my house this morning than yesterday morning but did not get south of town where I encountered the 53 degrees. It was 61 yesterday and 59 today at the house.
I talked with my buddy Phil Lyne down below Cotulla and he had 65 this morning which is really cool down there.
