 Clarendon corporate lease

We have a corporate lease up near Clarendon whitetail mule deer with some lodging and also hook ups for trailers and water and sewage. 8000 acres with farm land that borders it as well. Big deer country and set up great for corporate group $50,000 a year. Putting post up to get others I’m looking for to message me for details. 160-180” bucks are normal for the location of this ranch here for whitetail.
