In the last two weeks I've seen 4 Texas flags hanging upside down. You'd think that someone who would go to the effort to hang a flag would know better. I appreciate their effort but get it right.

I see a few each year hanging up side down.
A ranch down the road gets it wrong about once a year. I put a note on the key pad "flip flag"
They will turn in back, but in a few months it is back to being upside down again.
I am guessing their help ain't too bright.

Some people do it as a sign of saying the state, or country, is in disarray or is under attack. I believe they did it ages ago on ships but I could be wrong. I don’t do it.

Could it be a protest? I feel like it’s hard to mess up hanging the Texas flag, unless it’s on purpose.

I think it’s a form of protest against the government or a sign of distress in some form or fashion.

A buddy was wearing a work T-shirt that had the Texas flag upside down. No one caught the mistake until the shirts were printed. Printing company had to reprint all of their shirts.

So many people moving here. They just don’t know.

That I can understand. I’m saying someone going to the effort to fly the flag would know which way it should go. Some random shirt printer just filling an order doesn’t think about such things (not that that’s an excuse).

I taught all of my kids: blood runs to the bottom. Put the red...on...the bottom. God Bless Texas.
