That said my buddy has a few GTs, one is the first Gulf Blue prototype that was presented to Gulf when Ford wanted to do a throwback car. It was then bought by Steve Saleen and he kept in his private collection till my buddy bought it from him. He then had it twin turboed by Heffner, over 1100hp.

Very cool, but nothing innovating or new. GM themselves have been doing this on Cadi since the early 2000s

That’s because they wanted to follow the mad hype back in the early ‘00’s for the Ford GT to run the streets. I feel the Vettes are upsetting when they race, rarely to they win Class

I will say GM has finally made a Corvette that looks good and sporty and sexy.

I have been less than impressed with the vettes since the early 80's, they look lame compared to most sports cars.

Dealers are already taking orders AND saying they reserve the right to price these over MSRP

Not for me, I'll wait till they are at least selling for sticker
