Wife brought home some "large broken shrimp" from HEB. They were shell on head off shrimp that was somehow missing a portion of the shrimp's tail.
So last night I made shrimp in a curry/mango chutney/garlic/lime sauce for the bunch.
I used 1/2 teaspoon of yellow curry
3 tablespoons of mango chutney
4 cloves of sliced garlic
Juice and the zest of one lime
A couple tablespoons of olive oil for the pan.
Everyone was served 1/2 of a New York Strip Steak, green beans and Bok choy to go with the shrimp.
Definitely a do over someday for the shrimp.
