I have a 250 gallon tank that I fill up with pond water with a 3" submersible pump. Need it to water trees this summer. Tried it with the submersible I have, but a lot of water comes out. Need to be able to connect garden hose to the tank and pump a decent amount of water and be able to start and stop flow. Any ideas? Electric if possible because I already have a generator while I'm doing this. Thanks

Harbor Freight or Northern Tool have pumps, I have used a HF for years.

LonestarCobra, Thanks but, those are a little pricey for my wallet. Dogcather, I believe that is what I am looking for. Thanks. Going by HB today or tomorrow.
