Try the same thing with a little red pepper jelly instead of picante....

Try the same thing with a little red pepper jelly instead of picante.... May have to try that sometime. I use that red pepper jelly on lots of tacos...smoked wild pig, chopped onion, cilantro, and cheddar is my favorite...I usually add a little chopped jalapeños too....doesn’t take a lot of the jelly... just a little sweet to enhance the other flavors... There s just something about the smoke, sweet, and heat that is complete awesomeness...
