Year round hunting lease with whitetails and mule deer. 2850 acres with 6 hunters total. Campsite with water sewer and electric. 7 community box blinds and feeders set up in the field ready to hunt. Can hunt all game and varmint except quail. Lease is $2850 plus electric and feed split 6 ways. Feeders have been throwing since March. Guest are welcome but hunt with you and off your tags.

I know JWD and have hunted 8 miles from this lease. I expect the person taking that spot will be happy, happy.
