You guys know I was pushing pagers in the 70’s and 80’s. We bought AA batteries several pallets at a time. I think it is safe to say that I pushed over a million AA batteries in that job. We bought (eventually) Duracell and Eveready batteries exclusively. All other brands were prone to leaking and damaging the pagers. Then we noticed the Duracell’s began to leak too. We ended up going with only Eveready. They did not leak, well it was very rare to see battery leak damage after switching to them.

I still will only use Eveready batteries in everything.

I do not have a lot of experience with Eveready, but back several years ago when it was like the 2nd hottest summer on record we were running game cameras at the lease and the only batteries that did not leak goo in 108 degree heat were the Duracells.

They are the only batteries I buy.

Just my .02,

Ac Delco AA’s from amazon are like 22$ for 100 of them. They aren’t as good as lithium’s but they are a fantastic battery for the price. https://www.amazon.com/ACDelco-Alkaline-Batteries-Recloseable-Package/dp/B004SCA15K/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=ACDelco+Super+Alkaline+AA+Batteries%2C+100-Count&qid=1562894908&s=gateway&sr=8-3
