Use what you got in South America. Staying with a friend.of a.friend and she let me use her kitchen. Guinea pig.and chicken gumbo. I am 12000 ft in the Andes and sourced this all.at the local market. Prob not FDA approved, dont try this at home.

I cooked.the hell out.of everthing and drank some.extra wine. It came out really.good. Hopefully dont chit.my britches in the middle of the night.

Guinea pig is ok. Kind of a.cross between a rabbit and squirrel. Not as much meat on one as you'd think.

Different down here. Thanks Stub, I agree. My wife is smokin hot.These ladys cooked.some frijoles and some kind od chile chicken in clay pots on their outdoor stove today. Only thing misssin was some.tortillas......they don't do those in S. America for some.reason [Linked Image]
