So I just got my Trophy Ridge Hotwire from good ole Amazon. As I'm looking it over and how to adjust the pins, my wife looks at it and goes, "Is that shiny stuff not going to reflect the sunlight?" So I start looking at said shiny stuff and noticed the front of the sight is clear plastic. Is anyone else shooting a Trophy Ridge with the clear plastic on the front of the sight? If so have you had any issues with glare coming off the sight and possibly spooking whatever you're hunting?

I have sold a lot of Trophy Ridge sights with that clear plastic protecting the fiber and had no one come back complaining or reports of that being a problem.

I figured if it was an issue they wouldn’t keep making them that way but figured I’d ask everyone else’s opinion. Thanks for the reply!

There is time, and you must take it, to lay your hand on your dog's head as you walk past him lying on the floor or on his settle, time to talk with him, to remember with him, time to please him, time you can't buy back once he's gone" GBE
